From Padel Record to Bowling Fun: The Story of Padel Gallis Valencia
Flying presents the journey of Padel Gallis Valencia — from padel records to vibrant bowling fun. Discover our expert bowling alley installation.
Padel Gallis Valencia, initially known for its record-breaking number of padel courts, expanded its offerings by adding two Flying Bowling lanes to create a unique sports and entertainment hub. Despite a setback from a powerful storm, Flying Bowling quickly repaired and restored the lanes, ensuring the center's success. The compact, high-performance lanes now provide a complete bowling experience in a smaller space, enhancing the venue’s appeal for families and sports enthusiasts.
It all started with a record. Padel Gallis Valencia had a clear goal: to set the record for the most indoor padel courts in one place. And they nailed it—over 20 courts, both indoor and outdoor. A spectacular complex!
But what came next? That wasn't part of the original plan.
What if we added a bowling alley?
Once the record was in the bag, the team at Gallis decided to take the next leap: bring a new kind of fun to the center. Something different, family-friendly, and just as dynamic. That’s when bowling entered the picture.
They reached out to us to help kick off this new phase of the project, including:
⦁ Two Flying Bowling lanes
⦁ Shortened standard size, ideal for saving space without sacrificing quality.
Everything was rolling smoothly... until the DANA hit
Just two days after the installation, a powerful DANA storm swept through Valencia. Floods, damage, and an unexpected setback. But we were ready. We came back. We repaired it. And we made it look brand new again. Because when a client puts their trust in us, we see the project through—no matter what.
What Makes This Setup Special?
These aren’t just any bowling lanes. They’re part of a unique sports complex that now dares to be different. Thanks to the short-format Flying Bowling lanes, the center offers a complete experience without needing huge spaces.
As always, our work included:
⦁ Top-tier equipment meeting international competition standards
⦁ Proprietary, intuitive, and stable software
⦁ Low-energy brushless motors and a compact design
⦁ A 3-year warranty and genuine post-sale support
A Sports Center That Has It All
Padel Gallis Valencia is evolving. It's not just a home for padel lovers anymore; it's now a space where sport and fun come together. Padel, bowling, community... and vision.
Thank you for trusting us again. We love being part of stories like this.

Bowling Equipment
Who buys used bowling equipment?
Usually, many of our Indian customers buy second-hand equipment because the price is relatively low. But in the end, they learned that Flying's prices were extremely competitive and the equipment was brand new and of very high quality. So finally, they chose to cooperate with Flying to purchase bowling equipment.
How to maintain the mechanical equipment of a bowling alley?
Fairway boards and equipment require regular maintenance. Fairway boards need to be oiled every half month and cleaned daily to extend their service life. At the same time, the condition of the rope and ball return machine needs to be checked every period of time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Specifically, we will give you detailed maintenance manuals and videos to teach you how to maintain.

How a bowling ball return machine works?
A bowling ball return system uses a combination of gravity, belts, and sometimes lifts to bring your ball back to you after your roll. Here's a breakdown of the typical process:
-
Ball Exit: After rolling down the lane, the ball exits into a channel at the end. This channel might have a slight incline to help guide the ball towards the return mechanism.
-
Transfer Tray: The ball rolls into a shallow tray or trough. This tray might have a diverter at the end to ensure balls from adjacent lanes don't collide.
-
Elevator or Incline (optional): In some setups, the ball might be lifted to a higher level before entering the return system. This creates a steeper decline for the ball to travel down, helping it gain momentum.
-
Belt Conveyor: The ball reaches a conveyor belt with a textured surface to prevent slipping. This belt carries the ball up an incline.
-
Gravity Channel: Once at the top of the incline, the ball is released onto a long, U-shaped channel. Gravity takes over, pulling the ball down through the channel.
-
Ball Deflector: At the end of the channel, there might be a deflector that diverts the ball slightly towards your lane. This ensures the ball ends up in the correct return slot.
-
Ball Return Tray: The ball finally reaches a tray or cradle positioned in front of your lane, ready for your next roll.
Here are some additional points to note:
- Modern systems might have sensors to detect the presence of a ball and activate the return mechanism accordingly.
- Some higher-end systems use quieter materials and designs to minimize noise during ball return.
