01. Customer Consultation

We provide online consulting for our clients. Clients can contact our business team whenever they have any questions, and our business team will engage in a detailed discussion with our design team regarding their needs and requirements.

02. Product Selection

If our customers don’t have any specified product choices, our business team will recommend suitable products based on the size of your venue. If customers have already selected a product, we will analyze potential issues your venue might face together with you, which will enable us to offer design solutions that meet as closely as possible with your requirements.

After confirming all the details of the product, the customer needs to send us the CAD drawings of the site. Our design team will initiate the design based on the customer's requirements and the actual conditions of the site.

04. Delivery Designed Drawings

Our design team will send the designed solution to the customer within 24 hours. Typically, if there aren’t many obstructions on the customer’s site, our design team will provide multiple design options for the customer to choose.

05. Confirm Final Design

We attach great importance to the opinions and requirements of every customer. Therefore, we assure our customers that upon receiving the designed proposal, any dissatisfaction or queries can be shared with us. 06. Production

After receiving the deposit, our factory will arrange production immediately. In addition, our dedicated QC department will monitor every step of production to ensure product quality. Before shipping, we will test and inspect the quality of the finished product again.

07. Delivery

Before shipping, we will conduct final product testing and quality inspection to ensure every product is perfect and flawless. After completing the final quality inspection, we will pack the equipment and containerize it on the appointed delivery date.

08. Installation

Customers first carefully count the equipment upon arrival to ensure the order's completeness and accuracy. Afterward, we will arrange our professional team to carry out efficient installation, ensuring that the product can be put into use in the shortest possible time.

09. Technical training

Once installation is completed, we will provide comprehensive technical training to ensure customers understand all aspects of the product. In addition, we will provide detailed operational training to enable customers to operate and maintain equipment proficiently.

10. After-sales service
