FunkyWorld | Redefining Global Entertainment with Flying Bowling’s Standard Bowling

In this project, Flying Bowling, as the core supplier of bowling equipment, was fully involved in the entire process, from site planning and equipment manufacturing to system debugging and the final presentation.

The project site features eight standard bowling lanes and integrates Flying Bowling's stylish Standard Bowling products, creating an immersive entertainment space that combines modern design and technological elements, achieving a deep integration of advanced technology and interactive experience, significantly enhancing the overall participation and entertainment experience of users.

The Flying Bowling design team worked closely with FunkyWorld management, conducting detailed measurements and 3D modeling to optimize the FunkyWorld venue layout.

Flying Bowling's production line is fully responsible for the equipment manufacturing and quality control of this project. All bowling lane structures, mechanical systems, and electronic control units are designed and produced in strict accordance with USBC (United States Bowling Congress) standards, and have undergone rigorous performance and safety tests to ensure the products meet the highest standards in precision, durability, and stability.

After the manufacturing process was completed, Flying Bowling conducted comprehensive pre-shipment testing and quality verification for all equipment. 

Each lane system, mechanical assembly, and electronic control unit underwent multiple performance tests—including continuous operation stability tests, automatic pinsetter accuracy tests, and scoring system integration tests—to ensure that every component was in optimal condition prior to shipment. 

After the equipment was manufactured and passed the final quality inspection, Flying Bowling initiated a meticulous shipping and logistics management process. To ensure that all components remained in optimal condition during long-distance international transport, each item was carefully treated for shock absorption, moisture resistance, and surface protection and securely packed in custom wooden crates.

During the installation phase, the Flying Bowling technical team maintained close communication with FunkyWorld, adopting a hybrid support model of on-site implementation and remote assistance to ensure that every step met the company’s strict technical standards. Engineers from Flying’s headquarters provided real-time technical guidance, system calibration, and performance verification via video conferencing and remote monitoring tools. 

This efficient remote collaboration not only accelerated project progress but also ensured precision and stability throughout the installation process. Flying Bowling provided FunkyWorld with systematic training on equipment operation and maintenance, enabling staff to master equipment functions and daily maintenance procedures. 

At the same time, Flying established a complete after-sales service system, continuously monitoring the equipment operation status, and can offer remote guidance or on-site technical support as needed.
